This mindset inspired Kathy to upend the traditional agency model and co-found Tier One, where senior-level practitioners collaborate closely with clients to create programs that deliver measurable impact.
Prior to Tier One, Kathy held various senior management roles at technology-focused public relations agencies, including Weber Shandwick and Fitzgerald Communications.
Kathy has an innate ability to course correct in the moment (while always viewing the situation through a “glass half full” lens) to achieve the best results possible. She’s also known for her in-depth understanding of technology, B2B businesses, and crisis management. Kathy shares her knowledge with industry colleagues by serving as a board member for the PRClub of New England.
